SO, I NOTICED SOMETHING ON INSTAGRAM - WHY ISN'T IT ONLINE?
Well that could be for several reasons. 1. We may run low on that stock frequently, as it is a best seller. So your best bet is to call (or text) the store if you really want it! We don't mind at all...
2. We may not have expressed permission to sell that product through our e-commerce account (rarely is this the case) - BUT you can call the store and inquire all the same!
Odds are, we just sell it too quickly in store, and prefer you call us about it.
I SEE GIFT BOXES - CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY BOX?
Well - Yes and No.
Yes. IF you email us - Contact@ShopSouthernLife.com we will do our very best to curate a unique, custom gift just for you. We love a good custom order!
Boxes of 5 or more (Think Bachelorette Party, Corporate Gifts, etc.) email us for specials on these bulk buys. Some custom orders may take up to 2 weeks to turn around. This is simply due to some items stock we may not have everything you're looking for at the given time. So we need a good heads up.
But the No. Unfortunately per our products online, No you cannot modify what is shown in the picture of the given box for sale online. Items pictured will ship as seen, or noted in description.
IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?
While we're always striving to keep shipping costs low, per-box shipping is an additional cost. This way you won't see a $45 box priced outrageously - especially if you live in Montana vs Texas, rates are so variable.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Orders take 1-2 days to process and 3-5 days to ship via standard shipping, depending on where it's going. If you're in a hurry (and needed your gift, like, yesterday), email us directly for additional options. Contact@ShopSouthernLife.com

When your order is shipped, we will send you tracking information. UPS & FedEx give up to the date shipping information while USPS may not update the tracking information until you receive your shipment. Unfortunately, we can do nothing about that. At this time, we only ship to the contiguous United States.
DO YOU OFFER A PICK-UP OPTION FOR LOCALS?
YES! We even deliver Locally!
We actually have several boxes (not seen online) we're happy to sell you! Just come in and shop local. OR give us a call and we'll work something out.
We prefer if you want to pick up local, in store, you purchase in store or call first.
DO YOU HAVE ANY BOXES FOR GUYS?
Yes! We have several unique items online and in the store. If you have questions about a specific male (hard to buy for, plays golf, is into bikes, etc.) we'll make something for him. Just send us an email if you don't see what you're looking for online.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are online are final.
IN STORE VS ONLINE PURCHASES:
Returns are not accepted on opened food products. Sorry. We know you wouldn't want us bringing open food back to the grocery store for you to buy. We feel the same.
In Store or Online: all "sale" merchandise is final.
In Store, individual items may be returned within 5 days of original purchase for store credit, unopened, unused. If item was a gift (from someone else) you will be given store credit.
Online, as with most e-commerce sites, ours too is final sale, online.
BUT Wait!? Yes, we understand things happen. IF you have any issues with your shipment or order, call or email us ASAP, we put insurance on all of our shipments, so we can most likely send a replacement out same day as delivery! Call us, we're easy going and happy to work with you.
